4/13/26 - This is an original ammunition pouch to carry three sets of 45 A.C.P. ammunition in half moon clips for a total of 18 rounds of ammunition. The original 45 A.C.P. cartridges are made by the Peters Cartridge Company, and dated 1918. The pouch is in very fine condition and also dated 1918. The snaps are in fine condition and snap tight. The pouch has the snap button on the back to snap on the belt on the left side to keep the pouch in place. These half moon clips will work in the Colt And Smith & Wesson model 1917 revolvers. These pouches are seldom found in nice condition let alone with the original shells and clips. Perfect for pairing with a M1917 revolver by either S&W or Colt. Great overall condition with original finish still present on the half-moon clips.
