Original World War I U.S. Army Medical Officer’s belt with wound/bandage pouch in great condition. Maker marked Mills 1918, the belt features the desirable rimmed eagle snap buttons. It remains in very good overall condition with only minor signs of service wear consistent with age. All snap buttons are intact and fully functional. A nice, original example of World War I U.S. Army medical equipment.
